Footwork
Hi Alois how is the guru today. Here are my questions.: How do we make our speed faster, footwork better, have more stamina and most of all have good balance. Any tips, training drills, mental thoughts and other advice on these areas. I personally believe the one key to table tennis is your footwork-balance and speed across the court.

Hi Justin,
You are right, balance is a crucial part of the game. The best way to improve it is to do plenty of footwork drills. Repetition of the basic drills is the key. If you watch the best players, the thing that stands out between the top Chinese players and the rest is their balance and ability to move in the rally.
For stamina, you can do the drills for longer or do some general stamina work through aerobic exercises.
