I was wondering how i can increase my speed and agility in the game? All players need that. Whats a good exercise or exercises to get fast at the game.? And if you can, please tell me what type of diet should be kept? Im sure Fast food is off limits...

Speed and agility can be increased by a very targeted program.
I won't try to cover everything here but in future PingSkills Newsletters we will cover these topics.
You will need to do short and fast exercises such as side to side stepping in a short distance and at fast speed.
As far as food is concerned there is nothing specific to Table Tennis but you should maintain a balanced diet of low sugars, and fats and higher in protein and carbohydrates, vegetables and fruit.
