Hi,

I have a problem that I am not fast on the table with a correct move but slow in movement. What would you advise me to do? What drills should I do on the table and outside the table.

Thanks.

Hi Dai,

First get the legs into a good balanced position with knees bent.  Then work on the movement of your feet and legs.

Take a look at our section on Intermediate Footwork.  In there you will find a tutorial on Footwork Basics.  In this you will see the movements that you need to develop.  I hope this will give you help to develop your footwork movements and get faster around the table.

You can think about developing strength of your legs as well.  This is something I advise you get individual advice on.  Go to a gym and talk to someone with expertise on how you can develop leg strength.
