Strokes
Dear Sir,
What are the sounds (noises) of backspin serve and no spin serve?
Oscar
Hi Oscar,
This is a little difficult with a written response however, the spin will tend to be a softer sound because the ball is skimming over the rubber. The no spin will tend to bit a bit louder because the ball is sinking more into the rubber and the wood.
Transferring your weight from one leg to the other is particularly important for the forehand stroke. In this video we teach you the right way to do it. It's really important to remain balanced during your stroke.
