My partner didnt turn up today so I pushed the table against the wall ( its in a squash court ) and practiced alone. Do you have any suggestions for exercises in this situation? Will also look at return boards and robots in case this happens again but dont have much cash!

The backhand topspin off backspin is often considered a harder shot than the forehand. In this week's training session we focus on utilising this shot to make a 3rd ball attack. If you can master this your opponents will find it difficult to stop you attacking and you will constantly have them under pressure.
