Hi Satvik,

The slower serves can be more difficult because you have to generate the spin yourself.

Make sure that you play with topspin and utilise your arm and whole body to generate the speed.  This needs to start with a good balanced stance as well as a good technique on the topspin.

Hi, my name is Carl, and I started playing table tennis about a year ago. I consider myself to be an ok player . I play alright against friends in a fun setting but once I get into a tournament setting and everything seems to fall apart and get really frustrated. Is there something I can do to conquer this problem?
