Hi ping skills 

i've got one question. my classmates serve very shortly i want to know how to return it with smashes

Hi Klei,

If they are serving short you shouldn't attempt to smash the return. Rather you should work on placing the ball well.  The best return is to drop it back short over the net so that they don't have an opportunity to attack.. Hopefully they will stray long with the next ball and allow you to make an attacking topspin stroke or if it is really high then you can smash it.
