Hi Alois, i always something goes wrong with my smashing .and my serving errors.what is your suggestion

Hi Somshekar,

Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Smash.  This will help you to learn the stroke.

FOr serving, think about your technique and just spend a lot of time with a bag of balls and do a lot of repetitive serving during your training time.  What sorts of errors are you making with your serve and which serves are you attempting?
