Every time I try to smash the ball it doesn't hit the opponents table. can you please give me a tip that i can use when smashing?

Hi Sadra,

The main thing is to make a decision as to when you can smash and when you should topspin.  If the ball is below shoulder level then think about topspin.  If it is above shoulder height then yo can think about a smash.  Once you have decided this then the mechanics of the stroke are explained in our tutorial on the Forehand Smash.
