Strokes
hello guys....
i have another question again ..
how to apply backhand smash?
Hi Anegondi,
You should usually try to step around and play a forehand if the ball is up high.
If you really want to play a Backhand smash you need to start with your bat up high and almost wrap your arm around your neck to start the shot. Then contact the ball flat and fast and forward.
