How to smash a lower ball and an upper ball?

Hi Suleman,

Take a look at our tutorial on the Forehand Smash.  This will show you how to hit the higher ball.

If the ball is lower then you are better off playing a Forehand Topspin stroke.  This has much better safety and it also allows you to hit the ball fast enough to trouble your opponent.
