can you make a video on smashing. how can i smash very low my smashes are usually very flat.

Hi Safraz,

Smashes tend to be quite flat. However, you need to get the ball when it is relatively high, around shoulder or head height.

Thanks for the suggestion for a lessons video. We are doing some filming on Thursday so we will try to include it.
