Smaller ball

Do i get better by using the old ping pong balls like the 38mm ones instead of the 40mm because they are faster or is it going to ruin my game?

Hi,

Just stick to the 40mm ball.  There is very limited benefit if any form playing with the smaller ball.  It may just effect your timing.
