What is the major technique or skill to use whilst playing table tennis and what things to practice?

Hi Jaiden,

The major skills are in the strokes.  IT is important to get them correct, starting with the basic strokes you will find in our Bronze level lessons.

Try to go through these strokes and develop them. It is important to not only learn them but to perfect them so that they come naturally during a match.
