Hey its me :)
I saw your answer on my question and you helped me alot out of the problem. But i got another problem and im stuck with it. When i play the backhand counter I always have some sidespin in it. I dont know how I do it but why do i give sidespin in it? I watched again at your table tennis lesson video but still giving sidespin though. Am i swinging to the side when i do the backhand? What am i doing wrong?

Hopefully u can answer this one :)

Hi Khalid,

Try swinging more from your left hip and finishing out more to your right hand side.

The other thing to watch for here is that you are waiting for the ball to come to you.  If you go out and meet it you tend to hit the ball with sidespin because your bat is already at an angle when you contact the ball.  Make sure the ball comes to you and you hit it with a flat bat.

Try these out and let me know how it goes.

If your putting sidespin on it thats an add on, keep it that way, its harder to return
