Why can't I do the forehand sidespin topspin...i did the stroke in your video..but i really can't i keep on practicing but i think i still not learning it...pls help....

HI Corizza,

This is a very advanced stroke.  It is more important to get your normal topspin correct.  The sidespin stroke is something that will come later.

Technically, think about using your wrist angle to change the spin on the ball by dropping or raising your wrist.  To do this though you have to have good control over the stroke and this will some with more training on the topspin first.
