sir,

i am not able to make spin on my topspin against block and my elbow gets uplifted. i tried hard to make my action straight but i am unsuccessful.what should i do?

Hi Jubhajit,

The problem with your elbow happens if there is any tension in your arm especially the shoulder.

Focus during your training on the shoulder being relaxed as possible.  This will allow your arm to move freely and come through properly.
