hi alois can you say what is better to do when you get the shoulder injury? please say me because i have shoulder injury and its very bad i cant play did you can give me something about this injury...i think what is better to do when you have it ??

You should try to see a Physiotherapist. They may be able to help you with the problem. I don't have expertise in the area. It is reasonably common in Table Tennis but it is worth getting right before you play with it too much.
A key tactic in Table Tennis is to serve short, get a long return and then attack the third ball with a topspin stroke. It's important in matches to make sure you can make that third ball consistently on the table so you can maintain the pressure on your opponent. ah thanks ..my coach say me to must stop play some thime and i heard him i think to its gonna to be nothing serious !

I've been working on relaxing my arm during forehand topspin so that I can generate more racket speed. I think I kind of got it, but what I noticed is that the whippy forehand motion place a hell of a stress on the shoulder joint. I am afraid that it may lead to an injury someday. Is there a way to prevent it from happening?
