Should I get a new paddle

Hey,

My name is Toby and I have been playing ping pong for about a year. 3 months ago I got a Stiga Pro Carbon but now I feel like I need a new one because it doesn't put that much spin/bounce and I think I'm an offensive player and it doesn't live up to what I wished. Do you have any advise on what I should do to get better and whether I should get an offensive paddle and if so which one would be a good not too expensive one($0-$55?).

Hi Toby,

You could try to put some new better rubber on your current bat. This may be a cheaper option. Get something like Mark V or Sriver or something with similar speed.
