Strokes
Hi Alois and Pingskills
i have a real problem making a short push penhold, What i can do?
Thanks
Hi Cristh,
Try to keep your hand more relaxed. Take the ball earlier, closer to the net and don't push your bat forward too much. Almost just let the ball hit your bat and let the momentum take the ball back.
Once you've mastered the start and finish position of the forehand topspin, you can start to focus on finer details. In this video we talk about the position of your legs, weight transfer, varying the finish position, incorporating footwork, the use of your wrist, and the angle of your bat for the stroke.
