Hi Alois and Pingskills

i have a real problem making a short push penhold, What i can do?

Hi Cristh,

Try to keep your hand more relaxed.  Take the ball earlier, closer to the net and don't push your bat forward too much.  Almost just let the ball hit your bat and let the momentum take the ball back.
