how does the racket angle differs between smooth and short pips for the same strokes. i'm using spectol 21 (1.7mm)

Hi Mike,

For pimple rubber you need to open the angle of the racket more as there is less speed and topspin on the ball.

Xu Xin is the best against any pips player I've ever seen.
