Short pimples for offensive player

What do you think of short pimples for an offensive player? I like blocking, but I have pretty nice backhand with a normal rubber. And I'm thinking to try a short pimple rubber like Friendship 729FX 802-40. What advice you do you have for me?

Hi Donatas,
It is a viable option. If you do find it restrictive then you can always learn to twiddle and use the normal rubber on your backhand sometimes.
The short pimples will give you a bit of extra speed with your blocking but not as mush spin.
I don't know this particular rubber but others that may have used it may have some advice.
