Can I use Tennis shoes to play Table Tennis?

Hi Nicosef,

The main thing to watch for is that the shoes aren't too high and have good grip on an indoor surface.

If they are too high you are likely to twist your ankle as you move sideways fast. The grip helps you to stop and change direction quickly. Have a look at the blog on shoes on our site.
