Hi Frendy,

Focus on having your wrist relaxed.  If you tighten it, you will get soreness.

We can do better than a photo. Take a look at our video called Get a Grip where we show you in detail the best way to hold the bat.

thanks, but in the video doesn't have a detail on the wrist position on how to hold the bat

my coach told me to bend my wrist on shakehand grip and I also watched a lot of proffesional player bent their wrist with the shakehand grip (while the penhold should lift their wrist) to do the stroke well

but I think that I have a wrong bending on my wrist so my wrist feel inconfortable and hurt

can you please tell me a detail on bending the wrist with shakehand grip?

I think you are over complicating this. Just take a look at the video and see how we hold the bat. That's all there is to it. There are no big secrets here.

As you are playing different strokes you will use your wrist differently. The grip allows you to do this.
