Hello Coach,

What are the benefits of penhold grip.Is it more better than shakehand?

Hi Nabeel,

The penhold grip allows you better use of your wrist so you will be able to genrate more spin.  It is limited on the backhand side.

The grip you choose is purely a matter of personal preference.  See which one feels more comfortable for you.  Players using both grips have been World Champions so they both work.
