sir  im perfect with forehand with shakehand grip n not that perfect with backhand...

but i think the back hand is easier in penhold grip .Im not understanding to use which grip in our college tournament which will start in a week 

so wich grip shud i use ???  

 plz help   thnk you

Hi Ashraf,

It is important between now and the tournament to stay with one grip.  It sounds like you want to use the penhold grip.  Whichever it is, doesn't matter becaue you can reach a high level with either grip.
