What is the best serving technique?

Hi Rodyin.

Eventually it is to be able to serve with spin and place the ball where you want it.

Initially focus on getting the ball low and to a good position.  then think about generating some spin on the ball by brushing the ball on contact with the ball.

Then you can start to develop some specific serves like the Pendulum serve that we show in our Serving Secrets Introduction.
