Do I turn my body while serving or face the table?

Hi Stefan,

Stand in a confortabe position.  Each serve has a different stance.

The Pendulum serve requires a side on stance.  The backhand and tomahawk serevs can be done form a more square on position.

For each serve get into a comfortable position and then experiment to see what feels right and allows you to swing through with your serve.
