Hi,

Start with play Table Tennis for about 10 years and practicing it several times a week.

Serving like Timo Boll and Ma Lin has no easy shortcut.  You must do a lot of training to achieve that. 

The precise action and contact is something that can only be mastered with thousands and thousands of attempts. 

Of course the basics are important to get yo on the right track.  The contact needs to be a brushing action.  Getting the grip correct will also help.  Take the 3 fingers off the handle to allow you to use your wrist more fully.  Then brush the contact as fast as you can.
