HELLO ALOIS SIR , I AM PLAYING TABLE TENNIS SINCE 2 YEARS AND I AM A NATIONAL PLAYER IN INDIA .I WANT A TIP THAT WHENEVER IN SERVE MORE OFTEN I TEND TO DO MISTAKES AND IF A QUICK BALL COMES ON THE FOREHAND I MORE OFTEN MISS IT SO WHAT CAN I DO.......

Hi Rupesh,

When serving you need to take your time and develop some pre point routines for your serve so that you can make it consistent.  This is done in training.  Each time you serve in training you need to practice the serve like you would in a match situation.  This means not only the action of the serve but also the few seconds before you serve, such as how many times you bounce the ball, your approach to the table and position at the table as well.  Try this out for a month or so and let me know if it improves your serving consistency.

For the forehand off the ball that is coming fast, you need to watch the ball closely onto the bat.  Perhaps don't try to do too much with the ball.  Just play it consistently with a shorter backswing so that there is less chance of missing the ball.
