Serving and equipment

I am Ivan , I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina. 
I have 2 questions.
1.Please Give me good serve,i am 14,and I Can't execute ma lin serve,pendulum serve,please help.
2.I don't know which blade and which rubbers I can use. ??? :)

Hi Ivan,

There are lots of serves that you can try out there.  The one I like to start players with is the Pendulum serve.

With this you start in a side on position and have your elbow up high at shoulder level.  Then swing your forearm through like a Pendulum.  On the contact brush the ball so that you can make it spin.

Your bat depends on your budget.  We recommend the PingSkills Rook to start with.  Then you can progress onto a Custom bat after that.  What are you using at the moment?
