When performing a pendulum serve how high should I toss the ball?

Hi Will,
You can toss it as high as you want just as long as it is at least the minimum height. There are advantages and disadvantages to all heights. I like the higher toss for the pendulum serve but others prefer the lower toss.

Varying the speed is different from varying the length. You can have a fast short serve and a slow short serve. You can also have a fast long serve and a slow long serve.
