hi sir

i was a real exciting experience to watch you and jeff demonstrating table tennis lesson to enthusiats ,really the sport looks so simple when you are in action ,

well my problem is the return of service ,i really get rattled when some one with spin service stands opposite me and does that short and fast spin serves ,i end up giving points easily ,kindly can you give me some tips to correct this error in my game

We are in the process of making a DVD on this subject.  So you will have to keep watching our website to get all the information.

This is a common problem for a lot of players.  It is certainly one of the difficult parts of Table Tennis.

Judging the Length of a Serve

A really important skill in table tennis is to be able to judge if a serve will be short or long. If it's short you won't be able to take a full swing at the ball and hence will need to use either a push or a flick to return the ball. However, if it is coming long then you can make a topspin attack. In this video we give you some tips to help you judge the length of the serve and hopefully this makes you a better returner.
