Hello, I was wondering, how to return a really low backspin serve, can you help? Thanks

Hi Sally,

The best way is to use a push stroke.  The more backspin the more open you need to have you bat. You need to try and get as much practice against this because it is a lot to do with the subtle changes in the angle of your bat to get it just right.
