im a 900 rated player loooking to move up. What basic serves should i have during matches?

Hi Connor,

You should find a serve that you want to improve and then work on that repetitively.  My favourite is the Pendulum serve. YOu need to choose which serve suits you.

Then think about getting as much spin as you can on the serve.  The next step would be to work on placement.  Improvement will take a while but it is a good way to improve your game.

Get a bag of balls and just spend some time practicing serving.
