Serve spin types

Hi sir,
What kind of spin can be generated thorough serve. I know
1.back spin
2.left side spin
3. Right side spin.
4.underspin
5.top spin.
We can do more of them?

Hi Kedar,
Backspin and underspin are the same. However if you imagine the ball as a clock face the topspin you can imagine the ball rolling straight forward over 12 o'clock. The backspin the ball roll straight backwards over 6 o'clock. The two sidespin are spinning over 3 and 9 o'clock. However there are an infinite number of other points around the clock that the ball can spin. So really there are an unlimited number of types of spin that you can generate.

The Kicker Serve
The kicker serve is one of our "must learn" serves. It's fast, fun, and has lots of topspin. It can be dangerous because if it's not fast enough and if you don't surprise your opponent then they may be able to attack it forcefully putting you on the defensive straight away. Used well though, and sparingly, it can be a great weapon. It can win you a point outright and it will stop your opponent from standing over the table waiting for your short serves since they need to be ready for anything.
