What is the best way to set up for my forehand loop. From service to returning both my serve and my opponents.

Hi Nick,

Try to get into the ready position as soon as possible after you serve.  This will give you the best chance of covering the table and making the attacking ball.

Like all strokes once you are in a good ready position then it is a matter of executing the stroke as we show you in the Strokes & Techniques lessons.
