Selecting a customized bat

Dear Alois,

I'm in my third year playing and I'm thinking of getting a stiga infinity VPS V penhold racket. I want a rubber with lots of spin but also good power. Could you tell me if you know any of these rubbers.

If you don't know them could you read the description and see which one is the best for me? Apparently chinese rubbers are very tacky. Is that good or bad? I want a lot of spin so I think that'll be good. Just tell me what you think.
