When practicing, what gives you the greatest feeling of satisfaction?
When playing a match, what gives you the greatest satisfaction?

Hi Dakota,
I enjoy the feeling of training and doing routines. Now, I enjoy the exercise itself.
When playing games, I enjoy implementing good serves and third ball attacks.
I wonder what others feel?

Yeah, feeling of a successful third ball attack is awesome. I also enjoy hitting a crisp topspin winner with a good placement in a rally.

And I training I get the most satisfaction when I start to notice that I transfer skills from training to matches and they help me to win more points.
