there is a boy in my class that is very great at ping pong i mean hes a pro at it he is the best in my state no one can beat him he has very powerful top spins and side spins i can sometimes block them but he keeps on smashing and spining its to hard to beat him please help

Hi Abbas,

Start by doing as much training as you can.  He has obviously hit a lot more balls than you.  Don’t focus on the winning and losing, think about how you are going to improve your game.  Start by going through the lessons on our Strokes & Techniques page.  Work your way through and see if you can increase your level first.  Then you can think about tackling a player of that level.
