I've always been wondering what type of serve is Samsonov's serve?

And by his serve I mean this one:

Hi Johnny,

This is a Pendulum High Toss serve. It is his trademark serve.

Variation of Speed

Varying the speed is different from varying the length. You can have a fast short serve and a slow short serve. You can also have a fast long serve and a slow long serve.

Oh I see. Looked different to most pendulum serves so I was confused there.
