Rule about the Perfect roller

If someone were to do a roller shot from under the table and managed to make the ball roll perfectly without any bounces(not even a small bounce). Is that legal?

Hi Jasper, 

That is considered legal because it has touched the opposite side of the table.

It is a tricky situation and a very difficult shot to execute but when it come off it is usually a winner.
