Hi Sir,

I am 46 years old left handed attack player for 35 years. I have heavy top  spin on forehand and control counter not attacking on my backhand  . I used to Primoroc Carbon racket and bryce rubber .Then I replaced my racket with Timo Boll Sprit racket and Tibbar Jo silver rubber max.  to feel more comfortable and control my game . I feel more comfortable and control .I love it . but I lost my power and spiny  on my forehand top spin  . Ä°n the end I decided to play Timo Boll spirit racket . But I would like to  keep up the powerfull  and spiny  on my forehand with using another rubber .Which kind of rubber  do you advice me ?  I  heard that Tenergy 05 Fx  gives  more  power and spiny  keeping  control comparing  Tibbar Jo silver . But it is heavy rubber. Please give me advice . Does Tenargy 05 fX match the Timo Boll Spirit Racket ? Do you suggest me another kind  of rubber to give me  more power and spiny my top spin  and  keeping control to Timo Boll Spirit racket .

Thanks in advance

Hi Cihan,

There are so many options out there.  I think it is best to focus on your technique rather than the rubber.  You will be able to generate a lot os speed with the JO rubber.  Just improve the speed of your stroke and the ball will go faster.

Jeff and I use XIOM Vega Pro.  It does generate a lot of speed and spin but it is a little heavier than the JO rubbers.  You may think about that as an option if the heaviness fdoesn't worry you.

But remember, the most important thing is technique.
