Hi,

I am planning to buy a table tennis rubber by its self when i looked at my bat and realised that there was a sponge between the rubber and the blade and i was wondering if you have to buy that seperate or if it comes with the rubber?

Thanks

Hi Anthony,

The rubber does in fact come with the sponge. You can usually choose the thickness of the sponge. If you take a look at the Mark V we sell in our store as an example, you can choose between a 1.5mm or a 2.0mm sponge. The thicker sponge will mean the rubber is faster.

What rubber are you thinking of buying?

Tone is in Your Fingers

There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!
