Do you use little upspin with wrist when hit the ball here with bakchand block? :

Hi Il,
It is a small backhand block where I am putting a little topspin on the ball as the bat is going upwards.

Do you use little wrist upwards at the contact with the ball?
Not for the simple block. Just a little movement up with the bat.
