Right movement for forehand topspin

Hello captains,

i am really confused, how should move my arm when i play forehand because i see some player he bends his elbow, and another player make his elbow stable with stable angle and the complete movement come from his shoulder 

which one is right?

Hi Tomas,

They are both right.  If you want more power then straightening your arm will allow that more easily because you can use the forearm faster through the stroke.  For a more controlled stroke you can have your arm bent.
