Training
im a right handed player. i just noticed that my left arm is no longer "balances" with my right arm because my right arm developed bigger muscles than my left due to table tennis. i feel awkward with big right arm and thin left arm, what should i do?
Hi Gian,
You should do some exercies to get the balance back. This is a big problem in one arm sports. In extreme cases this will effect other part so fyour body, especially your back.
It is not difficult to work on, just do a little more with your other side.
Pushing short is a great option but you need variation in your game. When you push the ball long you want to make sure it is fast to try and get your opponent's out of position. Watch this video for some tips on how to play the fast long push with heaps of backspin.

Wow you're just like same as my problem.
Cause I'm left-handed player which means my left arm is much stronger and bigger than my right arm. So thesedays I've been lifting in right hand whatever I had to lift to make my arms are balanced.
Anyway, good luck with that. Sorry for my poor English grammar. I'm trying my best.
Bye
