and i was just wondering if you can give me some tips about the reverse topspin serve

Hi Sami,
This is probably one of the easier Reverse serves.
You need to brush the top of the ball slightly as you come through. This is quite a natural position. Keep your elbow up high and brush over the ball or up the back of the ball to get the topspin.

It may sound like a bad idea but the no spin serve can be effective when put together with a range of spin serves. In fact, this is a must have in your arsenal of serves.
