How to do the inside out serve?

Hi Shanmukh,
For the Reverse Pendulum serve you need to foolow a few basic things. Start with the forehand side of your bat facing in towards you. Then as you stroke the ball finish with your bat pointing towards the opposite netpost.

Variation of Spin
Varying the spin on your serve makes it harder to return. You can vary the type of spin but possibly even more effective is varying the amount of spin.
