i can do this sometimes but most of the time i cant could you help me on this one

Hi Alec,

One of the main things with the reverse pendulum that I find is that players don't move their bats forward enough on the stroke.  Make sure you push your bat forward to make contact with the ball. I think this is an awkward serve to perform and one that just needs a little extra practice.

To start the serve face your bat towards you.  Then move it forward and finish with your bat facing towards the far side net post.  The leading edge of your bat should be pointing towards the netpost.
